COVID-19 is severely impacting our world and the hospitality industry.

We believe in caring for our staff and creating the most significant impact through our approach to hospitality. In deciding to re-open, we’ve carefully considered what makes sense for our community, our staff, and our KTV Bar and Cafe. We have a summary of our new protocols and measures we are taking to keep you, our staff, and community safe during COVID-19.

PARTY SIZE & SEATING

We will not be seating parties larger than 25 in our private karaoke rooms. Social distancing rules of 6 ft will be implemented in all common areas.

UNIFORMS & FACE COVERINGS

All staff will wear masks at all time. All materials will be washed overnight and gloves changed frequently on a regular basis throughout the shift.

REGULAR SANITATION

Staff is required to sanitize their hands every 30 minutes and between customer interactions. Sanitation of shared surfaces and bathrooms will frequently occur in between room and party changes. Hand Sanitizers will be readily available throughout the premises and in each individual room. All common areas, restaurant, dining area, karaoke rooms will be thoroughly cleaned at the end of service every day.

STAFF HEALTH & WELLNESS

All staff will go through wellness check-in.
